Building an Infrastructure that Supports Growth

It takes passion and vision to build a small business or independent venture.  That passion can take you a long way.  But at a certain point, your passion can be impeded by a lack of solid infrastructure.  

• Do you have a consistent plan for onboarding new employees as you grow?  
• Do you have policies and procedures in place that enable you and your team to be on the same page consistently?  
• Is the organization chart still serving your growing business or does it need some tweaking?
